DIFFERENT SLEEPING POSITIONS & THEIR MEANINGS

WHEN YOU SLEEP: 

So, I know alot of kings & queens of sleep while some struggle to even sleep for 5hrs talkless of the standard 8hrs advised by Medical practitioners. 

Anyways, that's not even the essence of this article. 

Truth is, Do you know that when you SLEEP you place your hands on specific parts of the body that requires healing? 

I know you are yet to get the juice of what I'm trying to dish out. What I'm trying to say is that whenever someone or anyone sleeps, their sleeping positions or wherever (body parts) they place their hands on depicts distinctive meanings.

Want to learn one or two? Let's Go:

1. Whenever anyone sleeps & they place their hands on their heads or above their heads: They're likely seeking a greater or spiritual connection.

2. Whenever anyone places their hands on their chest while they sleep: They have feelings that they still need to heal from.

3. If they're sleeping and they places their hands on their Stomach: that depicts anger & furious feelings.

4. When their hands are placed between their legs as they sleep: Such disposition depicts fear, or feelings of emptiness.

5. If they places their hands on their sexual organs or near those areas while sleeping: Then there is likely a sexual problem and lack of expression.

6. If their hands are placed underneath their pillows while sleeping: This represent some hidden emotions, not showing what they really feel or their true intentions.

7. For those that hug themselves during sleep: It simply depicts lack of affection or support from their loved ones.

8. If you place your hands on your shoulders during sleep: It shows exhaustion/tiredness or lack of energy.

9. If the hands are placed between the head and the pillow while sleeping: Then there is tranquility within you.

Meanwhile, If you don’t place your hands on your body while sleeping it means you are fine and in peace with yourself.

And also, If you hug your partner while sleeping; It means nothing but the love you have for them.
